THE BEGINNING
Visionaries Jim and Pearl Pennington founded Diamond Box Spring Company in Oklahoma.
EARLY EXPANSION
Jim and Pearl expand and establish the Diamond Mattress Company.
SECOND GENERATION
Richard Pennington leads Diamond to record growth with a success mindset and innovative approach.
THIRD GENERATION
Randy Pennington lays the strategic foundation for future growth with his hard work, unique vision and financial savvy. His integrity and hands-on approach landed Diamond key customers that continue to this day.
PRODUCT INNOVATION
The tradition of private label and customization begins. Randy and his dad, Richard, working on new mattress ideas.
FOURTH GENERATION
Brother and sister, Shaun and Breana take over as President and Vice-President bringing fresh ideas and shaping company culture.
TEXAS ROOTS
Diamond expands to Texas with the acquisition of 2 companies. This strategic geographic decision allows for better servicing of existing customers with new shipping routes and allows for continued growth throughout the region.
