The Diamond Trial and Return GuaranteeWe want you to love sleeping on your Diamond mattress just as much as we loved hand-crafting it. We understand that you may have a change-of-heart, so we want to make returns as easy as possible. That’s why we give you 120 nights from when you receive your bed to see if it’s right for you, and if it’s not, a guarantee that we will take the bed back or exchange it within 120 nights. Here are some of the things you should know about our 120-night trial and return policy:

RETURN POLICY

120-night Comfort Guarantee

It takes time to adjust to any new mattress. We respectfully ask that you give it a fair and honest trial of 30 to 60 days. Your body needs time to acclimate to see if you sleep more deeply, breathe more easily, and wake more refreshed and energized.

We do not charge a restocking or return shipment fee

Return only applies only to the original owner

Only applies to purchases made directly from Diamond Mattress

Does not apply to purchases made from third-party retailers or Amazon

If mattress was purchased in-store, the mattress must be returned to original purchase location.

Diamond Mattress cannot accept a return that was purchased in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to the original purchasing location.

One-time exchange or return only.

Diamond pays shipping and delivery charges

Law tag must remain on the mattress. Returns and exchanges are void if law tag is removed.

Mattress cannot be returned or exchanged due to normal wear and tear, stains left by consumer, or because of insufficient support. 

A member of our customer service team will reach out and have it donated for a full refund. (Returned mattresses are not resold.) There are no charges for restocking or return pickups. Mattress must be picked up by authorized agent and receipt delivered to Diamond Mattress by retailer buyer. Once we confirm receipt, you’ll receive a full refund. 

Our mattresses and foundation will not fit back in the original box once they are opened. Don't worry, we'll come to you! Our pickup team will retrieve the mattress or foundation no matter where you are with no additional effort or cost on your part.

Only one return of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only. You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts). In order to receive a refund, the mattress must be removed from your home by an authorized party of Diamond Mattress Co. and confirmed by Diamond Mattress Co. If you wish to return an unopened mattress, contact us within the 120 nights and we will send you a return shipping label. Unopened returns must be sent back to Diamond Mattress Co and confirmed by Diamond Mattress Co. Absolutely no refunds or returns will be granted after 120 nights.

Products must have been used only for its intended purpose. This includes using the product on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation. Environmental damage, such as mold, due to the misuse of the product in this way voids return eligibility
