Step 3: Break It In
Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust and the materials to settle into their optimal feel.
Step 4: Love It or Return It
If it’s not the right match, contact our support team before night 120 to start a return or exchange. We’ll coordinate pickup and issue your refund once the process is complete. You will receive a full refund, less a $99 flat fee to cover pickup and return shipping costs.
