All our mattress foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without harmful substances like ozone depleters, phthalates, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals and have low VOC emissions, ensuring a healthier sleep environment. Furthermore, our mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold certified, meeting the highest standards for healthy indoor air quality and promoting responsible manufacturing practices.
You can use any base that works for you, as long as it has a solid top or slats no more than 4 inches apart. A stable, supportive frame is essential to prevent sagging and ensure the longevity of your mattress.
If you are ordering a mattress that is not delivered via white glove service, upon receiving your mattress, open the box, remove the rolled mattress, and carefully cut the outer wrapping to allow it to expand.
For optimal results, give it 24-72 hours to fully expand. To avoid damaging components and voiding the warranty, do not leave the mattress in the box for more than 4 months. We recommend that two adults handle the setup process, exercising caution while lifting, positioning, and unwrapping the mattress.
