The Diamond Mattress 120-Night Trial and Return Guarantee ensures you have plenty of time to decide if your mattress is right for you. If you’re not satisfied within 120 nights of delivery, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange, with no restocking or return shipping fees.
Just reach out to our customer service team via contact page or chat. You must give your mattress a fair trial of 30-60 days for proper adjustment. Returns are only valid for the original owner, purchases made directly from Diamond Mattress and must include the original law tag.
Returned mattresses are not resold but donated, and once confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund. Each customer is eligible for one return per household. Returns or exchanges due to wear, stains, or misuse (like improper foundation or mold) are not accepted.
No, Diamond mattresses are completely fiberglass-free. Our commitment to our customers' safety and comfort extends to every aspect of our production process, including our dedication to using clean, sustainable materials.
All our mattress foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without harmful substances like ozone depleters, phthalates, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals and have low VOC emissions, ensuring a healthier sleep environment. Furthermore, our mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold certified, meeting the highest standards for healthy indoor air quality and promoting responsible manufacturing practices.
You can use any base that works for you, as long as it has a solid top or slats no more than 4 inches apart. A stable, supportive frame is essential to prevent sagging and ensure the longevity of your mattress.
Upon receiving your mattress, open the box, remove the rolled mattress, and carefully cut the outer wrapping to allow it to expand.
For optimal results, give it 24-72 hours to fully expand. To avoid damaging components and voiding the warranty, do not leave the mattress in the box for more than 4 months. We recommend that two adults handle the setup process, exercising caution while lifting, positioning, and unwrapping the mattress.
