Diamond Mattress: Continued Excellence

We first became aware of Diamond Mattress products about 12 to 14 years ago while wintering in Indian Wells, CA. You were able to have a set of your queen size mattress delivered to our Colorado home. And it was then that our love affair with your mattresses began.

Subsequently we had our second and, in October, 2020, the third set of queen mattresses delivered to our Colorado home . Like ever so many mattresses, these most recent ones were of the "bed in a box" variety and we were somewhat doubting that they would be of the quality we had previously come to expect from Diamond. But no problem . . . . . . Diamond Mattress continues to be the best mattresses we have ever slept on and that comes from a couple of seniors, 82 and 83 years young.

To add icing to the cake, Diamond's people are most helpful in selecting the right mattress for your individual needs. Last thought is that the pricing is far superior to any of our Colorado brick and mortar mattress stores . . . . . . . no phony charges for this and that.

Excellent, High Quality Mattress

I purchased a queen sized Faith about a month ago to replace my 13 year old Sealy.

It was a little on the stiff side the first couple days, but now feels PERFECT.

I've always been skeptical of purchasing online mattresses, but the Faith doesn't disappoint.

The most comfortable mattress I've had paired with the adjustable base is simply amazing! It's worth every penny. The support is great. They are very well made and seem like they will last for a long time. The only bad thing is I don't ever want to get out of bed it's so comfy. Great customer service and company. The Diamond Mattress 120-Night Trial and Return Guarantee ensures you have plenty of time to decide if your mattress is right for you. If you’re not satisfied within 120 nights of delivery, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange, with no restocking or return shipping fees.

Just reach out to our customer service team via contact page or chat. You must give your mattress a fair trial of 30-60 days for proper adjustment. Returns are only valid for the original owner, purchases made directly from Diamond Mattress and must include the original law tag.

Returned mattresses are not resold but donated, and once confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund. Each customer is eligible for one return per household. Returns or exchanges due to wear, stains, or misuse (like improper foundation or mold) are not accepted.

What type of base can I use with this mattress?

You can use any base that works for you, as long as it has a solid top or slats no more than 4 inches apart. A stable, supportive frame is essential to prevent sagging and ensure the longevity of your mattress.

How do I set up my mattress?

Upon receiving your mattress, open the box, remove the rolled mattress, and carefully cut the outer wrapping to allow it to expand.

For optimal results, give it 24-72 hours to fully expand. To avoid damaging components and voiding the warranty, do not leave the mattress in the box for more than 4 months. We recommend that two adults handle the setup process, exercising caution while lifting, positioning, and unwrapping the mattress.
