Transformation Hybrid

I’ve had this for 5 months now. When I first got it, my back, especially my hips felt so much better. But now after only 5 months my hips are hurting when I’m laying on my side. I purchased the plush, now I wish I would of purchased the medium. It is sinking in to much when I lay on my side. I’m just past my 120 day return policy so I’m stuck with it. So if you are thinking of getting the plush just remember it will get softer after just a few months use. I paid to much to just get a new mattress. But I would recommend diamond mattress to anyone. I bought a king size mattress.

I have slept 1 night on my new bed. I slept great. So glad I bought this bed. It was a hard choice to what brand to buy. I would buy this bed again. I would highly recommend. It bought the plush version. I wanted a little soft. It is great. Medium would of been to hard for me.

The firm Transformational hybrid is amazing! We both sleep through the night without tossing and turning. It has the perfect amount of firmness while still being comfortable and cushioned.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering a hybrid mattress by mail, but I am so happy I did. Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt, the mattress inflated quickly, and it provides a marvelously comfortable night's sleep. I ordered the firm because my back needs a lot of support. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. One caveat--as a reasonable fit middle-aged woman, I managed it alone, but it is heavy, and would be much easier to set up with two people. The handles on the box top and on the mattress helped a great deal.

Diamond customer service was so nice and helpful. They sent our new exchange relief medium plush mattress directly to us because the store we bought the defective mattress had closed their business. We have slept on our new mattress for 2 weeks and no sore body parts so far. We are hoping for the best. Thank you Diamond mattress!
